Day-to-day delivery

Once you receive an order confirmation by email, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. We do our best to ship your order on the same day if the order is placed before 2 PM on weekdays. Please expect extra delivery time during public holidays and peak seasons. OjeOje cannot be held responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries by shipping companies.

Shipping in Denmark and the EU

All OjeOje products are shipped from Denmark. Shipping costs will be displayed in your order confirmation before payment. We pack all orders with great care in specially protective boxes made from 100% recycled FSC-certified cardboard packaging. If, contrary to expectations, your items are damaged upon receipt, please report it to us immediately – and no later than 2 days after receipt. Report damage to contact@ojeoje.com

Shipping outside the EU

When you purchase glasses, accessories, or merchandise from OjeOje for delivery outside the EU, you will not pay Danish VAT. However, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes in accordance with the national legislation of the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot help you predict what amounts may be charged to your order. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to pay all related import costs applicable in the country to which the package is delivered.

Returns

Our return policy grants you a 60-day right to return, refund, and order cancellation. Within these 60 days, we'll gladly accept your return with a twinkle in our eye! A return card is included in the package with all our orders. We recommend you return your glasses in the same mail package you received them in to make the return shipment as sustainable as possible.

Psst... we only accept returns of glasses sent directly to our address. Return packages sent to parcel shops or via cash on delivery will not be accepted.

When you return a pair of glasses, the return costs are your responsibility as the buyer – unless, of course, we've made a mistake with your order. Then we'll take care of it. Returns are at your own risk, so remember to save your shipping receipt as proof of when and where you sent the glasses.

We do not accept returns of used glasses. The glasses must be in their original packaging and in a condition where they are still resalable. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that the glasses arrive in the same condition as when received.

Once we have received your glasses and approved the return, we will send you a new pair of glasses within 4-5 business days. If you have canceled your purchase, the amount will be refunded to your bank account once we have received your glasses and confirmed that they meet the guidelines for the right of withdrawal.

We cannot make refunds to credit cards other than the one used when you paid for the order. This is the only way we can help minimize the use of stolen credit cards. If you paid by bank transfer, please remember to state your registration number and account number when returning.
