At OjeOje, we design cool reading glasses, sunglasses, and prescription sunglasses for both women and men – but we don't stick to traditional thinking. An Eye for the Climate
At OjeOje, we always have an eye for the climate. All our glasses are recycled – carefully made from recycled plastic, which comes from transparent food packaging, bottles, and screw caps. Instead of ending up as waste, it is crushed and transformed into unique, bold, and colorful OjeOje reading glasses and sunglasses that you can mix, match, and complete your look with – and create extra attention! We produce everything possible in Denmark. Our recycled glasses are designed here in Denmark, and then produced and shipped from carefully selected suppliers and manufacturers. Our upcycled glasses cases are hand-sewn by volunteer Soroptimists in Denmark from leftover fabric from the textile company Kvadrat. We reduce our CO2 footprint by using limited amounts of packaging and exclusively FSC-certified paper. At OjeOje, we only create glasses and accessories by considering the climate in terms of materials, production, production conditions, distribution, and our choice of partners. We believe this is a matter of course!

Our founder and creative director, Mette Wotkjær, as one of the founders behind the successful eyewear brand 'Have A Look,' has many years of experience in eyewear design. Since then, she simply couldn't resist keeping up with eyewear fashion and especially solutions with an eye for the climate. OjeOje is your guarantee of high-quality Danish design. We are located north of Copenhagen, where there is life, lovely shops, and bubbling inspiration as far as the eye can see. We use this inspiration to design stylish glasses made exclusively from recycled materials.
