Thank you so much for shopping with us. We hope your sustainable OjeOje glasses will bring you much joy!

Before you can purchase glasses, accessories, or office interior online at OjeOje, we need your contact information and payment details. Once your order is registered, we will send you an order confirmation by email, and we will then dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. We aim to send all packages ordered before 2 PM on the same day the order is placed. Longer delivery times may occur during public holidays and peak seasons. OjeOje cannot be held responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries caused by errors made by shipping companies.

You can choose to view our prices in either Danish kroner (DKK) or euros (EUR). Prices include VAT. If you are shopping from a country outside the EU where Danish VAT is not charged, the price will be shown without VAT when you reach the checkout.

We accept payments via Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Mobilepay. We do not charge any fees for either debit or credit cards. The payment amount is only debited when the item is shipped. All communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection.

OjeOje cannot guarantee that all products displayed on the website are in stock when you place your order. In the event an item is out of stock, OjeOje will contact you by phone or email. Although we do our best to ensure that all images, colors, prices, and information are correct, we reserve the right for errors to occur.

We offer a two-year right to claim on all products sold via ojeoje.dk and ojeoje.com. The right to claim exclusively covers manufacturing defects, not wear and tear caused by normal use. Please contact us by phone or email if you wish to make a claim – remember your order number, a picture of the claim itself, and a description of the claim. We will then help you resolve the matter.
